As a user of smsgui.com, you agreed to this Anti-Spam Policy, as also stated in the Term & Conditions, and therefore are solely responsible for ensuring that your SMS text messages are only sent to those recipients who wish to receive them and none other. If you are found by any means, including recipient complaints to us or to mobile carriers, to be abusing the smsgui service for spamming purposes, your account will be immediately canceled and all unused credits rendered useless without refund.

As a recipient of SMS text messages, if you suspect that one of our accountholders is abusing the smsgui service and/or not obeying your request to opt-out, please let us know immediately. smsgui.com is also a member of Unlist.org, where you may personally unlist your mobile phone number from all or select marketers’ group lists.
